Supporting the Professional


Supporting the Professional offers a training session aimed at anyone who works in health.  It is designed to raise awareness of the services available to support their work with the public and patients.  The training is available free of charge.

Training provides

  • Information on each of the services and how to access them;
  • Explanation of the benefits of using these free services to support you in your role;
  • Chance to try out:

  • Practical examples of:
    • Resources available to order
    • Information and advice the healthpoint can provide
    • How HI-Net and Caredata could support your team

Training format

  • Brief introduction
  • Delegates split into four separate groups
  • Simultaneous interactive workshops with groups attending each in a round robin manner
