A toolkit of resources has been developed to help you implement the Baby Steps programme in your area. The toolkit includes;

  • Methods of engaging and inviting eligible women to Baby Steps
  • The Baby Steps Programme
  • Tools to measure the Health and Wellbeing outcomes of the women attending

Resources Kit – The resource kit contains suggested lesson plans, these plans include

  • The risks of having a raised BMI in pregnancy
  • Information supporting appropriate activity during pregnancy
  • The Eatwell Guide
  • Sugar
  • Fat
  • Label reading

The wellbeing wheel allows you to see the progress and changes the women have made throughout the programme using the wheel on week 1 , week 4 and  week 8 – Baby Steps Wellbeing Wheel
