Making it Easy: Health literacy to improve health and social care outcomes

This event will explore the links between health literacy and self-directed support and share learning from the national health literacy demonstrator programme in NHS Tayside.

Anyone working in health, social care or the third sector with an interest in finding out more about how health literacy is relevant to their work and how they can use health literacy knowledge and tools to support and improve people’s health and care. This event will be of special interest to those who support the delivery of self-directed support.
