Public Health Leadership Group

Membership

The purpose of this group is to operationalise the output from the Exec. Team and the Grampian Public Health Network (Core Group).  All members will have a responsibility to contribute to a more integrated approach to the delivery of the Public Health function across the system as agreed at the development session on 30/31st March 2007.

  • Further development of the Public Health dataset
  • Establishment of the Health Services Domain
  • Scoping of a project to support Substance Misuse Activity by joint action teams
  • Implementation of the Business Continuity Plan
  • Further development and implementation of the PH OD Pprogramme

The output from this group should demonstrate the PH contribution to the corporate scorecard.

Items for the agenda may be submitted via the Group Secretary.  Proposed items for the OMT and/or NHS Grampian Board should be notified to this Group and can be peer reviewed.
